How the system works

An RFID reader reads an encrypted code on a glass or card and enables dispensing of a precisely measured quantity
Kegs or tanks are housed in a separate cold room; wine travels through insulated pipes at a controlled temperature
Indirectly cooled taps maintain the optimal serving temperature
Option A: movable columns with motorised raising and lowering. Option B: fixed stainless-steel columns
Recording of every dispensed volume, with analytics by wine variety and optional information displays
