ETRA's proprietary robotic nailing cell is designed to automate pallet manufacturing.
Robotic nailing provides accuracy and repeatability while improving occupational safety and production flexibility.
Pallet dimensions: MIN 500 × 500 mm, MAX 1,500 × 3,000 mm.

Option for two rotary tables
The robot alternates between nailing pallets on both sides of the cell, enabling continuous operation.
Automatic board magazine
Optional upgrade with an automatic board magazine and robotic board insertion, reducing manual work.

Automated pallet conveying shortens handling times and reduces the workload for employees.
Pallet marking
