Etra at the 15th Quality Conference

At the 15th Quality Conference, organised by the Association of Slovenian Higher Vocational Colleges, Etra took part at the initiative of MAG-NET, which studies the challenge of Industry 4.0. The aim of the participation was to move beyond the classic understanding of quality and to present it as a concrete answer to the challenges of a modern economy and industry.
Mojca Golež, member of the management board, spoke as a lecturer and highlighted three key points:
🔹 Quality is not a certificate, it is a question of survival on the market.
🔹 Tools and standards only make sense if they support clear processes and accountability.
🔹 Quality begins with the leadership and ends with the people.
Quality is created by people. Schools provide the foundation, companies turn it into value.
