Beer dispensing technology at the Beer Fountain
The Beer Fountain, itself an innovative concept from the customer, also required an innovative technical implementation. During the project, the need for various development and innovative components became apparent. A detailed examination of beer dispensing, which presents specific challenges as a food product (foam, temperature, chemical bonding and propellant gas), led to the development of a new tap designed specifically for beer. This was a key success. Another important technological innovation was the need to ensure a continuous beer supply, addressed through an innovative dual system.
